insightful help with my Life Coaching. I was initially skeptical about whether I even needed a Life Coach ("Oh, I'm doing Fine, Santa Cruz is great, blah, blah"). Although I initially engaged Misha to help me make the decision whether to move back to my home state of New York, I quickly realized the true issues impeding my spiritual path were internal, not coastal! Misha did a healing session with me the first time we met and that has cleared the path like a windstorm for me to see where my real fears (and strengths!) lie. I had another session today (my 6th) and, unlike the long drawn-out psychotherapy approach, Misha was able to teach me how to feel how I am blocking myself in seeing who I truly am.
